firstly, add ½ cup rava, ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup maida and 1 tsp salt.
1. pour 3 cup water and mix using a whisk.
further add 2 chilli, 1 inch ginger, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp cumin.
mix well and rest for 20 minutes for rava to soak well.
after 20 minutes, you can see the batter has slightly thickened.
you can adjust the consistency by adding water if required.
when the pan is super hot, sprinkle finely chopped onions.
and then immediately pour the batter into the pan.
spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
