firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup maida, ½ tsp salt, ¼ cup curd and 2 cup water.
mix well using a whisk forming a lump-free batter.
now add ½ cup water and mix well forming a smooth consistency batter.
also, add 1 tsp cumin, ½ onion, few curry leaves, 2 chilli and ½ tsp ginger paste.
mix well and the batter is ready to prepare dosa.
to prepare dosa, pour the batter over the hot tawa.
pour ½ tsp oil, cover and cook for a minute.
now flip over and cook both sides.
