– firstly, in a large bowl take 1½ cup bansi rava. –
– add ¾ tsp salt, 1 cup curd, and mix well.
– soak for 15 minutes or until the rava is soaked well.
– transfer the soaked rava into mixer jar and grind to a smooth batter.
– transfer the batter to the large bowl and beat for 1 minute.
– add 1 tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently.
– once the batter turns frothy, pour the batter over the hot tawa.
ook until the top of the dosa is cooked completely.
– pour half tsp oil and roast the dosa well.
