firstly, in a large mixing bowl, smash 1 boiled potato.

also add finely chopped onion, ginger and coriander leaves to it.

finally, cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 20 minutes.

firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.

also dust with some wheat flour.

roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.

place the prepared cheese stuffing in the center.

take the edge and start pleating bringing to center

firstly, on a hot tava add a tsp of oil.

place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute.

furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha.

also add more oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
